1. The validity Warranty period
of chisels shall be claimed within 12 months after shipment. |

2. Chisel quality Warranty is no free replacement
in any cases of damages after worn away more than 100
mm (Flat Type 50 mm) from the bottom. |

|
|
| |
3. If the internal-abrasive parts of the
breakers worn away such as chisel pin, front cover, ring
bush etc, it can cause breakages of chisels, so check
regularly and no free replacement caused by abrasion of
these internal-abrasive parts of the breakers. |

| |
4. The lifetime of chisels depends on entirely
how to use the breakers, assembly conditions and operator's
techniques, except the following cases : defective raw
materials, poor heat treatment (Lowering or highering
of the hardness specs) and bad shapes by poor processing,
so no free replacement on early abrasions or early damages
on whole usage lifetime. |

5. No free replacement when it cut again

Warranty is applied if damages
occurred in normal operatings, that is, no damages of
internal-abrasive parts and no levering works etc, is
deemed to happened by using of inappropriate materials
or improper heat treatments. However, warranty excluded
any
breakages caused by stress concentrated certain areas
|

by unstable works (e.x, abrasion
of the adjacent parts, abnormal work etc) between the piston
and the piston impact area. |

Recommend : Replace damaged (worn) pin and bushings
periodically, and do proper operations. |

Depressed piston
impact area is caused by excessively continuous hittings.

| Recommend : Avoid a long-time
continuous striking. |

It is resulted
from unstable striking between the piston and the stroken
part of the chisel and excessive void strikings. No Warranty. |

striking (over one minute) to uncrushing area generates
excessive heats, makes the chisel softening and mashed
of shape of mushroom at the edge of chisel. No Warranty. |

| Recommend : Prohibit striking uncrushing
part for more than one minute. |

Warranty will
applied if broken happened inside of the ring bush, that
is, the section assembled inside of the breakers. However,
broken caused by widen space between the chisels and the
ring bushings will be excluded from the warranty. |

bushings periodically. |

excessive bending load caused by levering operation. This
No Warranty. The shapes of the fatigue fracture shows
series of circle marks (Generally, called as "Beach
Mark" or "Clam Shell Mark") that begins
from the outside start point to the inside by stress concentrations
as shown in the picture below. Broken from defective materials
happened at inside of the chisels and will be warrantied.
